We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Coordinate projects as assigned by management
• Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements

• Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have good computer and typing skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with customer service or customer support roles is a plus

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Duties:

• Follow repair manuals and schematics to ensure accurate repairs
• Perform powertrain repairs and replacements

Experience:

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
• Document customer concerns and service requests accurately to ensure clarity for technicians.
• Provide detailed estimates for services including oil changes, tire services, shocks struts, and engine repairs, etc.
• Manage the flow of work in the service department by coordinating with technicians and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
• Sell services and products based on customer needs while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the service department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in auto service management or as a Service Writer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes including auto estimating preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
• Sales experience is a plus to effectively promote additional services to customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written to convey technical information clearly.
• A passion for the automotive industry with an eagerness to learn about new technologies and services preferred.
